Red Rock Springs water has been servicing purified water in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2003. Sam Metcalf is the proud 5th owner of this establishment which was taken over on November 21st 2012 .

Sam has maintained the store since his purchase. There are six water dispensing machines, 5 gallon bottle cleaning stations, a wide range of bottles, and two traditional flavors of water available for purchase purified and alkaline. The store also offers products such as reusable water bottles and eco-friendly cups to help lower Nevada’s carbon footprint.

Sam best describes the vibe in the store as “relaxed” he cheerfully engages with all of his customers because he wants Red Rock Springs to be a safe place for everyone to get the cleanest water that he meticulously produces .

Customer service is really something Sam prides himself on a positive interaction and a quick laugh with his customers is what he enjoys most when he is at work. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people every day and helping everyone to achieve their goals with the consumption of alkaline water and healthy habits. Sam knows the vast majority of all his customers on a personal level and some would even go as far to say that he is family.
